Another exciting chapter has begun at the Wishlist Centre with two quality health service providers secured for the ground floor.
Local property expert Craig Jackson of Bromley Real Estate generously donated his time and expertise to secure suitable tenants for the Centre.
From the outset, Craig dedicated himself to finding organisations that complemented Wishlist’s mission and delivered enduring value to the community.
Thanks to the generosity of this long-term Wishlist supporter, the ground floor of the Centre has been transformed into professional, welcoming environments designed to meet the unique needs of each tenant.
In April 2023, AJH Disability and Health Services became the first tenant to occupy the ground floor, offering holistic and inclusive supports to NDIS participants.
In late 2024 a larger tenancy was leased to the Medicare Mental Health Centre. Following a client-focused fit out, the Centre now provides free mental health support services without the need for an appointment, offering immediate and confidential care in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
Since opening its doors in November 2022, Wishlist Centre has become a cornerstone of the charity’s service to the Sunshine Coast and Gympie communities, providing affordable accommodation for patients and families receiving treatment at Sunshine Coast University Hospital, while also offering versatile activity and meeting spaces for local businesses and community organisations.
More than just a building, the Centre has become a place of connection, support, and hope.
Wishlist CEO Brendan Hogan said he can’t thank Craig enough for his longstanding support and commitment.
“His countless hours spent securing these tenants, along with his dedication to ensuring the fit outs met each provider’s needs, have been invaluable,” Brendan said.

Craig Jackson said supporting Wishlist has always been a personal priority.
