Who is Wishlist

Wishlist is dedicated to enhancing the experience of patients, their families, and health care workers across public hospitals and health services in the Sunshine Coast and Gympie region, supporting even better healthcare close to home.

Every year, Wishlist:

• distributes more than $1 million to fund vital medical equipment, research, education and services that enhance local public healthcare,

• provides affordable hospital accommodation for patients and families, with subsidies valued at $1.2 million annually,

• delivers around 14,842 volunteer hours each year through Wishlist Coffee House and accommodation services, and helps make health experiences even better for thousands of patients through support services such as the Calm Fairy, Clown Doctors, and Wishlist Therapy Dogs.
