London Marathon: On the 23rd April 2023 I will be one of more 40,000 people
running the 43rd annual London Marathon. Unlike last years Everest Marathon,
this year TCS 2023 London Marathon is held on a fast, flat course along the
Thames River through the heart of the British capital. Through this challenge
I’ll be raising funds to help patients in hospital suffering symptoms of
delirium and dementia. I have teamed up with Wishlist, the Sunshine Coast Hospital Foundation to fund
resources like iPads, games, blankets, robotic dogs and other distractive
resources for a special project I am setting up to care for confused older
patients within our hospital service.
