Refunds, exchanges and transfers:

Wishlist does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances, such as illness, or due to external factors such as, for example, adverse weather. Wishlist will only provide a refund or exchange a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated and you cannot, or do not wish to, attend the rescheduled or relocated event, or to the extent otherwise required by law. Wishlist will not cover any out of pocket expenses or losses in regards to travel or accommodation bookings, or other goods or services in the event of a cancellation, rescheduling or relocation. When attending a Wishlist event, you and each attendee in your group agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 or other such communicable diseases. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Wishlist be resold or offered for resale, used for advertising, promotion, other commercial purposes, or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder may be refused entry. By attending a Wishlist event, you and each attendee in your group acknowledge and agree that you each may be filmed and/or recorded and you each give permission to Wishlist to use your image, likeness and voice obtained at the event in all media for marketing purposes and without any compensation. If you are no longer able to attend a Wishlist event, you can transfer your ticket to another person if notified in writing to Wishlist prior to the event. Email to info@wishlist.org.au
