Over the past sixteen years, Wishlist supporters have helped us build a $1.4million local Cancer Centre at Nambour Hospital, a $2.5million accommodation centre beside Nambour Hospital, provide a $315,000 EBUS to Respiratory Medicine, $430,000 worth of ophthalmology equipment to Caloundra Hospital and so much more.

Together we’ve achieved great things for the people of the Sunshine Coast and we are proud to say that each and every local family may reap the benefits of our efforts, should they ever need to access these services sometime in the future. However, there is still so much more to do and currently the number one priority item for Wishlist is an $118,500 Fluroscan Mini Arm C for the Surgical Unit at Nambour Hospital. This imaging device, used on extremities during orthopaedic procedures, uses less radiation than similar devices which makes it ideal to use on children. It can be used by clinicians other than trained radiographers which will reduce waiting times and stress levels of both patients and staff.

We have raised over $76,000 already and only require $40,000 more to reach our goal. 4. You can also donate through the GiveEasy platform using your computer, smartphone or tablet by going to http://www.giveeasy.org/   Just fill in how much you want to donate and select Wishlist (Sunshine Coast Health Foundation) from the dropdown menu and click “donate now”.
