For the first time, families in ICU on the Sunshine Coast will have access to a cuddle bed.
ICU Nurse Tracy Harris approached Wishlist to fund a cuddle bed to allow loved ones to be physically close and lay together, deepening connection and providing comfort during their final moments in ICU.
At a cost of $18,000, Wishlist applied to the Gambling Community Benefit Fund for a grant to fund the piece of medical equipment.
