A winemaking graduate from Roseworthy College in Adelaide, Australia, Jane worked as brand ambassador for Yalumba Winery in the Barossa Valley for 25 years. Collaborating with the chefs at Augellos to bring you an amazing afternoon of Italian food and international wines.
