Share your story
"You may tell a tale that takes up residence in someone's soul. That tale will move them and drive them and who knows that they might do because of it, because of your words. That is your role, your gift.” - erin morgenstern
Real people with real stories
There is power in stories.
The power to motivate, inspire, connect, create a talking point or help someone feel less alone in their own experiences by relating to yours.
Wishlist greatly values your stories and experiences, and we would love to hear them.
Wishlist's recent TVC's featured real stories of real people like Chris (pictured L) and Leah and baby Brodie (pictured below) who been impacted by Wishlist in some way. See them here.
Be a voice for others
Have you or a loved one benefited from equipment funded by Wishlist or a service support project such as SC-Koping Camp or Diversional Therapy in the Children's Ward?
Or have you attended a Wishlist event, been a Wishlist supporter or volunteer and want to share your experience?
Are you a staff member of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service and have received Wishlist funding to further your education, qualifications or studies, or a medical researcher with a project that's received Wishlist funding?
Bringing real issues to life
We are often approached by the media, seeking stories to bring real issues to life.
If you want to have your voice heard, share your story with us.
Stories can be short or long, anonymous or not, and may be used in Wishlist's materials including publications, newsletters, social media and on our website.
