Wishlist Fun Run 2020 - CANCELLED

 


*Due to the rapidly evolving COVID19 outbreak we have made the decision to cancel the Wishlist Fun Run for 2020. The Wishlist team will be calling all registered participants in the coming days to advise further. We look forward to hopefully hosting the event again next year and will keep everyone posted once we have a new date locked in.

Walk, run or team up to raise funds to support Sunshine Coast patients & families.

Now in its third year, the Wishlist Fun Run is our annual event that's fun for schools, families, individuals and corporate team building. We promise you will never lose sight of the water on our course around Lake Kawana!

There's something for everyone with live entertainment, massages, face painting, jumping castle, fresh fruit, BBQ and drinks.

All entrants are to meet at the Start & Finish point marked on the map - 31 Sportsmans Pde, Bokarina (across from Sunshine Coast Stadium).

10KM TRACK

  • Follow the footpath along Lake Kawana
  • Track to follow the road at the corner of Nicklin Way and Lake Kawana Blvd
  • Turn left at the end of Lake Kawana Blvd, to follow Lake Kawana towards the Sunshine Coast University Hospital
  • Follow the Lake Kawana footpath
  • Turn around at the park, past Broadwater Apartments on Birtinya Blvd.

5KM TRACK

  • Follow the footpath along Lake Kawana
  • Track to follow the road at the corner of Nicklin Way and Lake Kawana Blvd
  • Turn right at Kawana Way
  • Turn right towards Innovation Parkway
  • Follow Lake Kawana through to FINISH line.

2.5KM TRACK

  • Follow the footpath along Lake Kawana
  • Track to follow the road at the corner of Nicklin Way and Lake Kawana Blvd
  • Turn around at the corner of Lake Kawana Blvd and The Decks
  • Return via the footpath along Lake Kawana to FINISH line.

KIDS DASH

  • Kids to meet outside the start line at the Start & Finish point marked on the map.

CORPORATE TEAM PACKAGES

We encourage all teams to get into the spirit of FUN-draising by dressing up or wearing your corporate colours!

Corporate Team packages ($500) includes registration for 10 team members and the recognition of your business on our website and event signage.

Event Sponsor packages ($1,000) includes registration for 10 team members, the recognition of your business by our event MC, our website and event signage as well as the opportunity to bring a marquee for your team and further opportunities to have a presence on the day.

Alternatively, contact us and we will send an invoice to your business. We will then issue you with a code for 10 team members which you can pass on to the individuals to fill out their details.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

This event is designed for running and walking entrants only. For safety reasons bikes, rollerskates, rollerblades, rip boards and scooters are not permitted on the course. Sorry no pets are permitted.

Strollers/prams are permitted but must commence at the rear of the race start. All children must be restrained appropriately in the stroller/pram.

We advise entrants to leave their valuables at home or in a locked vehicle. The organisers are unable to accept any responsibility for lost bags or belongings.
