 I express my wish without intending  to create any binding trust or legal obligation that the SCH Foundation use the property for the purpose of providing accommodation for organ transplant patients and their families either before or after their surgery……………………………………………………………………..

 3.2.2.3

 I declare that the receipt of the treasurer or other proper officer for the time being of the SCH Foundation shall be a sufficient discharge for my Trustees and in making this gift I express a charitable intention. I further declare that if at my death the SCH Foundation has ceased to exist or has amalgamated with another organisation or has changed its name the gift herein will not fail but my trustees shall pay it to the charitable organisation in Queensland which they consider most nearly fulfils the object that I intend to benefit.
