TEDDY BEARS' PICNIC

Bring the whole family to celebrate National Grandparents Day with Wishlist and raise much-needed funds to support dementia patients at Nambour Hospital.

 

With your help, we are aiming to raise $30,000 to install fittings, furnishings and equipment at the new Acute and Restorative Care Unit at Nambour Hospital to promote an appropriate dementia-friendly environment.

THE ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP

  • Girl Friday - a four-piece band performing a variety of blues, jazz and swing standards and originals.

  • Fuzzy Furry Friends - an interactive, theatrical, educational children's show that uses puppets, music and dance to support children to learn creatively.

  • Teddy Bear Hospital - if your teddy is feeling sick, visit Doctor Ted! Doctor Ted will listen your teddy's symptoms and apply a special bandage so that your teddy can make a full recovery.

  • PLUS a jumping castle, reading corner, face painting, roving characters, loads of yummy food and drinks + more!

WHERE: Cotton Tree Park, Cotton Tree Parade (near the Cotton Tree Pool)

ENTRY: $10 per person - includes food & drink vouchers to be used at event vendors
