A team of four full-time and four part-time staff members, governed by a board of twelve unpaid directors,coordinate Wishlist’s fundraising activities to ensure maximum public benefit for funds raised.
Lisa has managed the operations of Wishlist for the past 16 years with the help of a dedicated and highly-skilled team.
A background in media and advertising, experience in the public sector and a strong belief in the power of a proactive community drives her in the diverse role of Wishlist CEO.
Toni commenced with Wishlist as a volunteer writing grant applications for projects like the Reed Charity House ramp.
Her extensive experience as a Financial Controller/Business Analyst combined with a proven commitment to the work of Wishlist saw her appointed as part-time Financial Controller in 2010.
Fundraising and Events Coordinator
A strong supporter of Wishlist for many years, Lisa joined the team in 2007 and now works as the Events and Fundraising Co-ordinator.
Lisa has spearheaded several successful events including the 2017 Grand Celebration at the $1.8 billion Sunshine Coast University Hospital, as well as some of the Coast's premier events.
Executive Support Officer
Tracey joined us in 2013 and very quickly established herself as an integral part of our team.
With a friendly, welcoming attitude Tracey is responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as providing administrative support to the entire Wishlist team.
Carmen joined the Wishlist team in January 2017 as the Marketing Co-ordinator.
Carmen has over nine years’ experience working in the Marketing, Communications & Design industry for a number of businesses across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and London. Carmen is thrilled to contribute to Wishlist’s journey and support the Sunshine Coast community.
WishlistConnect Business Development Manager
Debbie joined the Wishlist team in late 2016 as the organisation’s founding Business Development Manager.
Debbie has been in the finance and sales industry for more than eight years and has a passion for connecting Sunshine Coast businesses with Wishlist’s exciting new ‘Wishlist Connect’ platform.

Bianca joined the team in June 2016 as Communications Officer.
Previously, Bianca spent nine years working as a print journalist in Brisbane and Cairns. With her background in media and freelance public relations, Bianca is excited to be telling Wishlist's story across several platforms.
Events and Marketing Assistant
Ashlea joined the team in January 2016 as the face of Wishlist's front reception and is now assistant to the events and marketing team.
After completing her studies in Event Management at TAFE, and tirelessly supporting Wishlist events throughout 2015 as a volunteer, Ashlea has become the backbone to the events team ensuring the success of several fundraisers throughout the year.
Wishlist coffee house manager
Richard joined the team in December 2013 and manages the Wishlist Coffee House at the Gympie Hospital.
Richard has an extensive background in company and staff management which fits in very well in his current role at the Coffee House. He is very passionate about Wishlist and raising funds for the needs of Gympie Hospital and leads a team of volunteers to deliver additional equipment and service support for the benefit of local families.
