The Good Guys launched their Local Giving Program in November 2006 and since then have raised over $3 million for over 150 charitable organisations around Australia.
On July 1, 2009 The Good Guys proudly launched their own charitable Foundation, called The Good Guys Foundation. The Good Guys Foundation is responsible for each store's local giving program, which sees a percentage from each transaction donated back to the local community. Since then, The Good Guys have proudly raised over $226,000 for community groups in support of a range of grassroots projects including education, medical research studies, disability services and youth support programs.
